Your order will be processed through our secure payment portal; although our prices are quoted in £ sterling, the checkout can convert them to your local currency - so you can see how much you can save by buying direct from the designer!
We have decided not to use an automatic system for sending your order - we prefer to do it personally to ensure your satisfaction. Once your payment has been confrmed, we will send you your patterns by e-mail.
You will receive two pdf documents to download and print - the first showing a colour image of the pattern along with tables showing what size piece of fabric you need and a thread length guide.
Please note that the thread lengths we suggest can only be approximate for the design stitched on 14 count fabric.
Changing the type of fabric, individual stitching styles and tensions, and the location of groups of colours throughout the design can all alter the amount of thread required.
The second pdf document will have the pattern in symbols at 8 stitches per inch zoom, along with the key to the symbols and colours.
Should you not have the colours we suggest, it is easy to substitute. Often you just need three or four shades of a colour, so one shade range is easy to change to another. We recommend for all designs that you stitch a test of colours (5 stitches squares of adjacent colours)used before beginning, to ensure that you are happy with the combination of colours. It is easier to change colours now than half-way through the design.
All you need to do then is print out your patterns, collect the threads and fabric and get stitching!
