We value your order and your confidence in Cross Stitch It.  We will not share your details with any third party for any reason.
_Please note; Pattern Sizes and Thread Amounts
Approximate sizes given refer to the actual stitched area of the cross stitch designs stitched on 14 count Aida or 28 count Evenweave 
over two threads, or their equivalent.  
If you use a different count of fabric, or change the type of stitches in the design, finished sizes and thread amounts required may differ.  
Don't forget to add extra around the stitching area before cutting your fabric.  
Equally, thread amounts listed can only be an estimate as cross stitch stitching styles vary.  Please ensure you have more than 
this minimum amount before starting stitching.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given within two weeks of ordering your Cross Stitch It pattern, if the cross stitch pattern proves to be faulty. Alternatively, we can re-send the cross stitch pattern if you wish.
